Prohibited Items & Content Policy

Users must not list, offer, or facilitate:

  1. 1.Counterfeit fashion.
  2. 2.Stolen goods.
  3. 3.Illegal substances.
  4. 4.Weapons.
  5. 5.Hazardous materials.
  6. 6.Items outside the fashion category.

LUXSAL conducts proactive and reactive moderation. Violations lead to listing removal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities. No liability attaches to LUXSAL for enforcement actions.
